1. Are the
products on Fayez Fashions authentic?
Yes, all branded products on Fayez
Fashions are 100% Authentic, imported directly from highly
reputable wholesalers and distributors in the United States.
2. How will I find out when you
get new products in?
Easy! Just sign up to our
Mailing List using your email address,
and we will send all subscribed members regular updates on new items and
services offered on our site!
3. How do I
buy items from your
site?
Payment methods:
We accept the following payment
methods:

Credit/Debit card payments:
We accept all major credit/debit cards, and process our credit/debit card payments using either Paypal or Nochex.
Both payment gateways are extremely safe as they use Secure Socket
Layers (SSL) to encrypt your personal details. For more information on

Card payments made via Paypal and Nochex
are processed directly and do not
require you to create a separate account with them.

Cheque/Postal Order payments (UK
only): We accept cheque/postal order payments from UK Customers.
Please note:

Your purchase will only be sent to you once payment has
cleared.

If payment is not received
within 2 weeks of placing your order, the order will be cancelled.

Checkout process:
Once you are ready to make a purchase from Fayez Fashions, please complete the following steps:
* Select the size that you
need from the drop-down box.
* Click on "Buy this item"
to add the item to your Shopping Basket.
* To add
additional items to your Shopping Basket, click on "Continue Shopping".
You can view the items in your shopping basket at any time by selecting
the "View Basket" button on the top right-hand side on any
page. Your shopping basket contents and total are also displayed on any
page of the site.
* When you are
happy with your items and are ready to complete your purchase, select
"Checkout" on the Shopping Basket page.
* You will then be asked to create an account or sign in to an existing account. If you are a new customer creating an account for the first time, please make sure
that all required fields are filled in correctly, in particular the billing
address and the delivery address (the address where you want your
purchase to be sent).
* Once you have signed into your account, you will need to select a delivery method
from the available delivery options for your country of residence, and then click "Continue".

You will then need to select your preferred payment method and click "Continue". We accept the following payment methods:

- Nochex
- Cheque/Postal Order
* Once you have selected your payment method, you will be presented with an "Order Confirmation" page. Please ensure all of your order information is correct, and then select "Confirm Order" to send your order to us.
* If you select the Paypal or Nochex payment methods, you will be redirected in order to make your payment. Enter your details, ensuring
that all payment information is correct.
* When
your payment has been accepted, you will receive a confirmation email at
the email address you have provided.
A sales
representative will then process your order, and will send you an email
to confirm order and delivery details for your purchase!

there are occasionally delays. Tracking numbers are provided for your

5. After I pay for a
purchase, how long before I receive it?
Once we
receive an order, we will attempt to send it out as soon as
possible, which is usually the same day or next day. We guarantee to
send your purchase within 2 working days of receiving it. If for any
reason we are unable to keep to this guarantee, you will be notified via
Email or Phone.
Once your
purchase has been dispatched, a sales representative will contact you
via Email with the relevant delivery details.
6. Will I
need to sign for my package?
Yes, you will
need to sign for the package. Please make sure that someone is in to
accept the package at the delivery address you provide. If no one is
available to sign for the package, the courier will leave a card with
details for redelivery/pick-up of the package.
7. Do I need to pay for VAT (Value
Added Tax) or Customs/Import charges during checkout?
UK Customers: No,
the VAT cost is included in the price of all items on the site.
International Customers:
You will not need to pay additional charges for customs/import during
checkout. However, please be aware that you may need to pay for
customs/import charges once the purchase arrives at your country of
residence. We do not have any way of predicting these charges, and
advise you to get in touch with your local customs/import office for
further information. Please note: goods moving within the European Union
are free from Import/Customs charges.
8.
What is your refund/returns policy?
If for any
reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you have 7 days to return it
and you will receive a full refund.
Please
note: a refund will not be given on delivery costs. If your purchase qualifies for free delivery, the delivery cost (£3.00) will be deducted from the original payment amount.
Conditions
of this refund policy:
In order to
receive a full refund, you must:
- return your
purchase within 7 days of receiving it.
- return your
purchase in its original, unworn condition with tags intact.
If these
conditions are met, you will be refunded via your original method of
payment.
Note:
We do not take responsibility for incorrect sizes ordered (unless there
is an error made on our part). Therefore, before purchasing an item,
please ensure that you order the correct size by referring to the
“Product Info” section included in the item description.

order number and contact details.
9. Where are you based?
We are based
in the United Kingdom. All of the products on our site are in the UK and
ready for immediate dispatch.
10. Do you have a shop that I can visit?

products?
Unfortunately
we are unable to send out catalogues as our products are constantly
changing. If you wish to receive regular product updates via email
instead, please sign up to our
Mailing List.
12. Do you sell wholesale?
We do not
sell wholesale at present, if in future we offer goods at wholesale, the
site will be updated with the relevant info.
